This website is operated by Qualone, an integration studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Qualone”, “we”, “us”).

We do not publish an email address or a phone number. The enquiry form on this site — “Contact us” in the header, or the form at the bottom of the page — is the only way to reach us.

02What this website is

This site describes the services we offer to real estate agencies and shows examples of past work. It is information, not an offer. Nothing here creates a contract, a quote, or an obligation on either side.

Examples of work shown on this site are illustrative: the figures and timelines describe engagements of this type and under these conditions, and are not a promise of the same outcome for you. Any result we undertake to deliver is written into your agreement.

03How an engagement actually starts

We only start work under a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, the timeline, the price, payment terms and support conditions. Until that agreement is signed by both sides, no conversation, message or page on this site obliges us to deliver anything, or you to pay for anything.

04Getting in touch

The enquiry form is the only contact channel on this site. When you submit it, your name and your description of the task are sent to our own server function and delivered to us as a message in a private Telegram chat. No email is involved at any point, and nothing you send is published anywhere.

The form asks for three things, all of them required: your name, a way to reach you (a phone number, an email address or a messenger handle — your choice) and a description of the task. We use the contact you leave for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry. We read the enquiries we receive, but we do not promise a reply, and we cannot guarantee that a message reaches us if the form or the network fails.

Please do not send confidential client data, credentials or access details through the form — we will tell you how to hand those over safely once we work together. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

05Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics and code of this website belong to Qualone. You may read, quote with attribution, and share links. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it, or reuse its design or code for another business, without our written permission.

Fonts, libraries and other third-party materials used on this site remain the property of their authors and are used under their own licences.

06Third-party names and links

Bitrix24, Bayut, Property Finder, WhatsApp, Telegram, Zapier, n8n and other product names on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. We mention them to describe what we integrate and work with. A mention does not mean partnership, endorsement, certification or any official status unless we state it explicitly and in writing.

Where we link to another website, we are not responsible for its content, its accuracy or its privacy practices.

07Availability and accuracy

The site is provided “as is”. We keep it up to date as best we can, but we do not guarantee that every detail is current, that the site is always available, or that it is free of errors. We may change, move or remove any part of it at any time.

08Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qualone is not liable for any loss — including lost profit, lost data or business interruption — arising from your use of this website or from decisions you take based on its content. Liability for services we actually perform is governed by the agreement covering those services, not by this page.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute relating to this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

10Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
